Ever wanted to try one of the most exciting sports in Lund? Now’s your chance! 💙✨

We don’t lift weights- we lift people 💪 

Lund’s Academic Cheerleading Association (Lund Cheer) is inviting all Studentlund members to our Open Practice — a fun, free, and non-binding opportunity to experience the energy of cheerleading. In this sport, we dance, lift or throw people, and perform acrobatic tricks- all in sync!

🤸‍♀️ Whether you’re completely new or have a background in cheer sport, dance, or gymnastics, you’re more than welcome! Our coaches will guide you through the basics and show you how to build stunts, human pyramids, and cool tricks– all in a safe and supportive environment.

👯‍♂️ Expect to learn a new sport, meet new people, make friends, and have fun together. Open practice is also a great way to refresh your skills before team tryouts — but remember, there’s no obligation to join the team afterwards.
