HAVE YOU ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM? Below you can find answers!
STEP 1:
My codes are not working?
- We have had problems registering all LU codes for this semester. However, the vast majority of errors have been fixed now and the codes should work. If your code doesn't work, write to us and we can fix the code!
- You may have entered your social security number incorrectly. Enter your social security number (or your Swedish social security number that you received from the university) at the following at: 199001011234 alt. 19900101T123 (NO DASH).
 
I can't find my codes?
- You can find your code in your admission notice or (if you are an exchange student) in the email you received from the university when you were admitted. Your code is personal! If you can't find your code, write to us and we can help you!
 
I can't log in to my profile?
- You will receive a confirmation email in your inbox when you have created your profile. If you do not receive a confirmation email, you must contact us or your student union. It may be that you entered the wrong email address or our system may have problems locating your email address. But we can help you!
 
STEP 2:
How do I choose a nation?
- When you come to Lund, you must choose a nation to become a full member of Studentlund. However, you do not have to choose your nation at once, but you can wait until the end of September. It costs nothing to choose a nation.
 
How do I take part in activities without being a full member?
- You can print your payment certificate (you can find it on your profile in the right column) or download the Student card app and use these as Temporary Studentlundcard to participate in introductory activities before choosing a nation. However, the temporary ends Studentlundthe shortfall to apply at the end of September. By then (or earlier in September) you must have selected a nation in order to continue using your card.

I can't login to my profile?
- You will receive a confirmation email in your inbox when you created your profile. If you do not receive a confirmation email, you must contact us or your student union. You may have entered the wrong email address or our system may have trouble locating your email address. BUT we can help you!

- When you arrive in Lund, you have to choose a nation to become a full member of Studentlund. However, you do not have to choose the nation at once. You can wait until the end of September. It costs nothing to choose a nation.
 
How do I take part in activities without being a full member?
– You can print out your Certificate of Payment (you can find it on you profile on the right column) or download the app Studentkortet and use those as a Temporary Studentlund Card until you have chosen a nation. However, the temporary Studentlund Card is only valid until the last of September. After that you must have chosen a nation to continue using your card.
