Klubb Indigo can proudly present Solen! On November 25th, they take the stage at Blekingska nationen for the second time.
In the spring of 2017, they last visited Klubb Indigo and the evening was described as "sweaty, loud and absolutely fantastic". Now they are current with the album "Idol", which will be their fifth, but it seems that it may be far from the last!
Without actual hits, without a clear frontman, without a hyperactive social media presence and perhaps also just by being a rock band - and a band in every sense of the word - Solen should, according to standard industry practice, have had to lead an existence in the shadows. But because they have calmly, methodically and consistently done everything in their very own way, the band has instead gradually grown in popularity, established a close relationship with the fans and now fills large concert halls around the country.
The sun has never ever "broken", they have been busy building something sustainable. This is where we are now: The Stockholm quartet with roots in Gävle and Fagersta will release their fifth album "Idol" on October 27, where, unlike last time, they have used a real drummer, and will shortly thereafter embark on a tour that begins in Gävle on 2 November and closes a month later at Cirkus in Stockholm on 1 December.
