Hi sporty people! Due to the situation nowadays we will proceed with a distance version of sports events and all the activites will be on zoom until further notice. The first event of the new year will be another Tabata workout on zoom! The arrangement will be like last time. You will all sign up at the zoom meeting and we will be your instructors. For those of you who don’t know what tabata is, it’s a type of workout where you work in intervals of 20 seconds and then rest for 10 seconds and do this for 4 minutes. Our workout session will be around 30 minutes long and we will do 4-5 different tabatas.

Where: At home, with a computer and preferably some space and a yoga mat
