Ploggin and Movie

Kom med på en hel dag av miljömedvetenhet med Wermlands! Vi börjar med att mötas kl. 15 vid Wermlands Nation för att plogga. Plogga innebär att vi gå och plocka upp skräp som folk lämnat i stadsparken, vi kommer använda handskar och påsar!

Kl. 19 kommer vi sen att se två dokumentär om hållbarhet i källaren! Dessa kommer att vara:

The Plastic Problem – A PBS NewsHour Documentary’ och demanders heter ’Fast Fashion – The shady world of cheap clothing; DW Documentary’

Filmerna är klara ungefär kl 21!

Alla är välkomna att följa med på båda eller bara ena eventet! OBS Eventen hålls på engelska!

Come join us when we go to clean up Stadsparken by picking up trash and other stuff that people left behind. We will gather at Wermlands Nation at 15 and then go to the park together. In the evening, we will screen two documentarys on sustainability  in our basement.

While plogging essentially means to pick up trash while jogging, we will pick up trash in a more relaxed manner (by walking). Starting at Wermlands Nation we will make our way towards Stadsparken, picking up any trash we might find on the way and at our final destination. This way we will contribute to a cleaner Lund. Of course we will offer gloves and trashbags so that it is more enjoyable for everyone!

Screening: starts at 19 and ends approximately at 21. We will show two documentaries. The first one is called ’The Plastic Problem – A PBS NewsHour Documentary’ and the second one is called ’Fast Fashion – The shady world of cheap clothing; DW Documentary’.

Anyone is welcome to attend either one or both activities – the more, the merrier!
