Tarek Arnaout has been giving lectures and coaching tens of thousands of students on self-leadership, discipline, and mindset for the past 10 years. For this, he was nominated in 2020 as one of the ”Top 10 Young Leaders in Sweden” by The King’s Foundation for Young Leadership. In this lecture Tarek will draw from his own life challenges to share how he achieves personal goals and attains success in a way that motivation is not a factor.
