It’s time again for an activity on zoom! This time we will do a circle training, where we will be working for 45 seconds at one station, rest for 15 seconds and then move on to the next exercise.
The arrangement will be like our other zoom events. You will all sign up at the zoom meeting and we will be your instructors.
Duration: ~45 minutes
Where: At home, with a computer and preferably some space and a yoga mat!
The zoom-link will be revealed in this event the same day as the event!
