Lund's Studentsångare is a male choir that, despite its long history, has been able to maintain its will to develop over the years thanks to its professional and dedicated choir leaders. Today, the choir counts around 50 tenors and basses with different backgrounds, education and employment. The choir is perhaps best known from the often live spring song on the steps of Lund University House, where former choir members also take part. In addition to concerts in Lund and the rest of Sweden, the choir also does international collaborations annually with symphony orchestras and other choirs. The choir strives to achieve the highest possible musical level and to manage and renew the men's choir repertoire. This is done through rehearsals for the choir and constantly seeking new musical challenges.
