Do you want to party in an environmentally conscious way and are tired of buying a new outfit every time there is a new theme?

the party? That's why the Cloakroom exists. On the fourth floor of the AF-borgens, the Klädkammaren boasts the Academic Association's collection of costumes from past productions of spex, theatre, musicals and Lunda carnivals. We rent out these garments to anyone who needs to look a bit more spex in their life, students as well as the general public.

Step into the chamber and let us help you find an outfit to suit your needs, with our collection of hundreds of garments it's usually no problem to put together something that fits!

The price for renting an entire outfit for a week is SEK 150 for AF members (e.g. students) and SEK 300 for others. If you just want something small like a hat to complement your outfit, the price is lower.

In addition to this, the deposit equal to the price of the rental is added, and the deposit is returned when the clothes are returned. We only take cards.

Before you return your rental, make sure it is in the same good condition as when you rented it and that it has been washed. If something is damaged or lost, we keep the deposit.

If it should happen that we are missing a vital detail for a costume, for example a special headdress, we offer to buy this from you if you purchase it elsewhere in connection with renting the rest of the costume from us. That way, you won't get stuck with a silly hat on the hat shelf and a hole in your wallet while we expand our range!

If you have any fun costumes that are gathering dust in a closet somewhere, please come in with us and we will offer you a free rental in exchange!
