Canticum Solis Student Choir
If you would like to be a part of something where song, community and musical exploration is in focus, Canticum Solis Student choir is something for you! Our choir started in 2021 by a group of former choir and music school students who longed after singing Lucia songs together, and that was when Canticum Solis was created. Since the spring of 2023, the choir is led by Fredrika Appelgren Stenstedt, and together with her we perform at least one concert per semester as well as gigs at student balls and other festivities. Today Canticum Solis works with everything from classical choir pieces to pop and more experimental works. Canticum Solis is a community for students with different backgrounds and education, with one major thing in common - our love for singing!
