Executive Secretary Administration (VSA) 2020/21
Are you looking for a full-time job in administration? Are you driven, creative and structured? Do you enjoy working both independently and together with others? Then it could be you we are looking for!
As the Executive Secretary Administration (VSA), you work full-time for a year to ensure that the Terminsräkningsföreningen's organization runs as it should. You should be well versed in how student life looks and functions from a broader perspective, and it is advantageous if you have been involved in student life before. TRF's presidium consists of an Executive Secretary for Administration (VSA) and an Executive Secretary for Finance (VSE). As VSA, you lead TRF's work forward and act as support in questions about the membership system.
The position as VSA extends over one year (July 1, 2020 – June 30, 2021) on a full-time basis and remuneration corresponds to 100% of the study funds. If you want to know more about what the post entails, contact the incumbent VSA, Erik Sveningsson at vsa@trf.lu.se.

Tasks in brief
- Represent TRF and bring TRF's case.
- Call and lead TRF's board and general meeting.
- Before each semester hold at least one (1) training in TRF's membership system for the member organizations.
- Together with VSE, maintain a good relationship with TRF's partners:
o Through continuous conversations and visits
o Invite to TRF meeting
o Carry out other activities that are considered to benefit the collaboration - Be responsive to the member organizations' wishes and needs for development in TRF's membership system
- Help the member organizations in questions about membership issues and the membership system.
*Termsräkningsföreningen (TRF) is a collaboration between eight unions and all nations at Lund University. TRF administers term bills and memberships to the affiliated organizations and handles around 55 payments a year.
