Studentlund Coordinator 2021

Do you think it would be fun to spend a year working in communication, marketing and organisation? Are you driven, creative and structured? Do you enjoy working both independently and with others? Then this could be you we are looking for!

As a Student Life Coordinator, you will work full-time for one year to ensure that student life in Lund remains the best it can be - both for those who make up Student Life, i.e. the nations, the Academic Association and the unions, but above all for all students who study at Lund University. You should be well versed in how student life looks and works from a broader perspective and it is an advantage if you have been involved in student life before.

The position of Student Life Coordinator is for one year (1 January - 31 December 2021) full-time and the remuneration is equivalent to full student funding. Executive Secretary Finance 2021

Looking for a part-time job in finance? Are you driven, creative and structured? Do you enjoy working both independently and with others? Then this could be you we are looking for!

As Executive Secretary Finance (ESS) you will work part-time for one year to ensure that the Terminsräkningsförening's finances run smoothly. You should be well versed in the wider context of student life and how it works, and it would be an advantage if you have been involved in student life in the past. The TRF Executive Committee consists of an Executive Secretary Administration (ESA) and an Executive Secretary Finance. As VSE, you will support the VSA in member issues related to payments and finance in general.

The VSE position is for one year (1 January - 31 December 2021) on a part-time basis and the remuneration is equivalent to 25% of the study grant. If you would like to know more about what the post entails, please contact the incumbent VSE, Alice Idéhn, at vse@trf.lu.se.

Job tasks in brief

  • Responsibility for the finances of the Terminsräkningsförening*
  • Respond to support emails about payments
  • Bookkeeping and ongoing contact with the bank
  • Secretary for the meetings of the Terminsräkningsförening and the board meetings
  • Together with the VSA, represent the Terminsräkningsföreningen at supplier meetings and be the contact person for financial issues
  • Work with the VSA to develop the Term Sheet Association

*Terminsräkningsföreningen (TRF) is a collaboration between eight unions and all nations at Lund University. TRF administers tuition and membership payments to the affiliated organisations and handles about 55,000 payments a year.
