Announcement of posts: Coordinator and VSE
Do you think it would be fun to work with communication, marketing and organization for a year? Are you driven, creative and structured? Do you enjoy working both independently and together with others? Then it could be you we are looking for!
Audio Studentlundstudent coordinator, you work full-time for a year to ensure that student life in Lund remains the best - both for those who make up Studentlund, i.e. the nations, the Academic Association and the unions, but above all for all students studying at Lund University. You should be well versed in how student life looks and functions from a broader perspective, and it is advantageous if you have been involved in student life before.
The service which Studentlundcoordinator extends over one year (1 January – 31 December 2023) on a full-time basis and remuneration corresponds to full tuition fees. Executive Secretary Finance 2023
Are you looking for a part-time job in finance? Are you driven, creative and structured? Do you enjoy working both independently and together with others? Then it could be you we are looking for!
As Executive Secretary Finance (VSE), you work part-time for a year to ensure that the Terminsräkningsföreningen's finances flow as they should. You should be well versed in how student life looks and functions from a broader perspective, and it is advantageous if you have been involved in student life before. TRF's presidium consists of an Executive Secretary Administration (VSA) and an Executive Secretary Finance. As VSE, you support VSA in member matters relating to payments and finance in general.

Tasks in brief
- Responsibility for Terminsräkningsföreningen's* finances
- Respond to support emails regarding payments
- Bookkeeping and ongoing contact with the bank
- Meeting secretary for the Terminsräkningsföreningen's general meetings and board meetings
- Together with VSA, represent the Time Billing Association at supplier meetings and be the contact person for financial matters
- Work together with VSA to develop the Futures Billing Association
*Termsräkningsföreningen (TRF) is a collaboration between eight unions and all nations at Lund University. TRF administers term bills and memberships to the affiliated organizations and handles around 55 payments a year.
