Executive Secretary Administration (VSA) – 2023/2024
Are you looking for a full-time job in administration? Are you driven, creative and structured? Do you enjoy working both independently and together with others? Then it could be you we are looking for!
As VSA, you lead TRF's* work forward and act as support in questions about the membership system. The position means that you work full-time for a year to ensure that the organization of the Time Settlement Association runs as it should. The position is perfect for those who like to run projects, work closely with student life and have previous experience with student life positions.
The position as VSA extends over one year (July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2024) on a full-time basis and the remuneration corresponds to 100% of the study funds. If you want to know more about what the position entails, contact the incumbent VSA, Oliver at vsa@trf.lu.se.

Tasks in brief:
- Help the member organizations with membership issues and the membership system.
- Convene and lead TRF's board and general meeting and execute the decisions made in these bodies.
- Sign TRF's company.
- Before each semester hold at least one (1) training in TRF's membership system for the member organizations.
- Maintain a good relationship with TRF's partners, e.g. through continuous talks and visits.
- Review and constantly develop TRF's membership system in consultation with the member organisations.
- Represent TRF and bring TRF's case.
*Termsräkningsföreningen (TRF) is a collaboration between eight unions and all nations at Lund University. TRF administers term bills and memberships to the affiliated organizations and handles around 55 payments a year.
Auditor for Studentlund - 2023 / 2024
Are you structured, have good insight into Studentlund and have an interest in financial matters? Then it could be you we are looking for!
Tasks in brief:
- Review Studentlunds activities, in addition to that which is of a financial nature.
- Make sure that there are minutes of the decisions that have been made, that the collaboration has followed the business plan and has not violated Studentlundthe agreement.
- Review the financial statements prepared by the Preparation Group within Studentlund.
