Announcement of Executive Secretary Administration (VSA) – 2026/2027
Are you looking for a full-time job in administration? Are you driven, creative and structured? Do you enjoy working both independently and together with others? Then it could be you we are looking for!
As VSA, you lead TRF's* work forward and act as support in questions about the membership system. The position means that you work full-time for a year to ensure that the organization of the Time Settlement Association runs as it should. The position is perfect for those who like to run projects, work closely with student life and have previous experience with student life positions.
The position as VSA will last for one year (July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027) full-time and the remuneration will correspond to 100% of the study allowance. If you would like to know more about what the position entails, please contact the current VSA, Johan, at vsa@trf.lu.se.

Job duties in brief:
– Assist member organizations with membership issues and the membership system.
– Call and lead TRF's board and general meeting and implement the decisions made in these bodies.
– Sign TRF's company name.
– Before each semester, hold at least one (1) training course in TRF's membership system for member organizations.
– Maintain a good relationship with TRF's partners, for example through continuous conversations and visits.
– Review and continuously develop TRF's membership system in consultation with member organizations.
– Represent TRF and advocate for TRF.
*The Term Billing Association (TRF) is a collaboration between eight unions and all nations at Lund University. TRF administers term bills and memberships to the affiliated organizations and handles around 55,000 payments per year.
