STEP 1:
My codes are not working?
- We have had problems registering all LU codes for this semester. However, the vast majority of errors have now been fixed and the codes should work. If your code does not work, please write to us and we can fix it!
- You may have entered your social security number incorrectly. Enter your personal identity number (or your Swedish personal identity number given to you by the university) at: 199001011234 or 19900101T123 (NOT BINDESTRECK).
 
I can't find my codes?
- You can find your code in your admission letter or (if you are an exchange student) in the email you received from the university when you were admitted. Your code is personal! If you can't find your code, write to us and we can help you!
 
I can't log in to my profile?
- You should receive a confirmation email in your inbox when you create your profile. If you do not receive a confirmation email, you must contact us or your student union. You may have typed the wrong email address or our system may have problems locating your email address. But we can help you!
 
STEP 2:
How do I choose a nation?
- When you arrive in Lund, you must choose a nation to become a full member of Studentlund. However, you do not have to choose a nation at once, but you can wait until the end of September. There is no cost to choose a nation.
 
How do I take part in activities without being a full member?
- You can print out your payment receipt (you can find it on your profile in the right-hand column) or download the Student Card app and use these as a Temporary Student Loan Card to join introductory events before you choose a nation. However, the Temporary Student Loan Card will expire on the last day of September. By then (or earlier in September) you must have chosen a nation to continue using your card.

- Your code is in your admission letter or (if you are an exchange student) in the email you have received from the university. Your codes are personal! If you can not find your codes, write to us and we can help you!
 
I cannot login to my profile?
- You will receive a confirmation email in your inbox when you created your profile. If you do not receive a confirmation email, you must contact us or your student union. You may have entered the wrong email address or our system may have trouble locating your email address. BUT we can help you!

- When you arrive to Lund, you have to choose a nation to become a full member of Studentlund. However, you do not have to choose the nation at once. You can wait until the end of September. It costs nothing to choose a nation.
 
How do I take part of activities without being a full member?
- You can print out your Certificate of Payment (you can find it on you profile on the right column) or download the app Studentkortet and use those as a Temporary Studentlund Card until you have chosen a nation. However, the temporary Studentlund Card is only valid until the last of September. After that you must have choose a nation to continue using your card.
