The Wermlands Nation was founded in 1682 and is one of the oldest nations in Lund! A student nation is an association of students - for students, where it is the members themselves who make the nation their own. Today, the nation is located in the heart of Lund and consists of approximately 600 members.
What unites us is the Wermlän spirit, community and festivities! Wermlands is a place for everyone to meet, where everyone can participate! Our smaller membership also enables us to be close to each other and more easily feel a form of community, but also offer great creative freedom to our active members, so-called foremen, who constantly suggest new, fun activities and ideas for us to take on !
Together we create Wednesday pubs, where all students get time and space to relax between studies, festive events with clubs on Fridays, sports on Mondays, sit-ins and of course much more! Wermlands Nation is about making student life as meaningful and fun as possible during your studies, but is also a place where you can feel at home even when you have a long (or a little less far) home! We also offer student accommodation for our members.

What unites us is the Wermlandic spirit, the community, and of course the festivities. Wermlands is a place where people can meet, and where everyone is welcome! Our small amount of members creates a close-knit community where it's easy to make friends, but also allows creative freedom for our active members to suggest new ideas and activities.
Together we create Wednesday pubs, a place to relax and have a drink with friends, clubs every Friday, sports on Mondays, sittings, and of course so much more! Wermlands Nation is all about making the student life as meaningful and fun as possible, whilst also creating a home, away from home! We also offer student housing for our members.
