Surströmming, Herring, the fish that stinks. A real Swedish delicacy. In true wermlandic fashion we’ll give our dear novisches an evening they won’t forget!
At Surströmmingsgillet we shall (attempt) to eat the traditional and infamous surströmming!
For those brave souls which manage to devour a surströmmming, a medal, honor and the possibility to brag about it, will be your award! There will be singing, dancing and of course normal food. We start the evening at 18.30 with some mingling and who knows where the evening will take us!
