STERN:
BLUE ALASKA: Blue Alaska is a relatively new project and a fresh start for the Italian songwriter. The project arose from the need to reach out to people and possibly make them feel better if they are going through a tough period. With two songs already released and an EP titled 'Wrong Half' due at the end of the month, the artist shares his take on the human experience of struggling with life and relationships through indie-pop melodies and laid-back vibes.
OSKAR GOINGPLACES: Oskar Goingplaces is a music project by Lund student Oskar Jonson. The music is self-produced, with inspiration from the Swedish pop and rock many of us grew up with
CHAOS RESTORED: The Lund cover band Chaos Restored plays its premiere under SSK's roof. The project started spontaneously in the spring of 2023 and the band has plans to release their own music in the near future. A taster in the form of the debut single will be performed for the nation's audience, a song that brings to mind early 2000s metalcore, with bands such as Killswitch, Engage and Avenged Sevenfold as inspiration. For the most part, however, the venue will be filled with sounds from well-known hard rock and metal classics from bands such as Metallica, Black Sabbath and Rage Against The Machine, and we expect that no one will stand still during the evening's performance!
