Kafé Matiné presenterar: Blues Brothers | Sydskånska Nationen

Den här tisdagen visas den smått absurda 80-talskomedin “The Blues Brothers”! Jake och Elwood Blues måste, på uppdrag av självaste Gud, föra samman sitt gamla R&B-band för att rädda det katolska barnhemmet de växte upp i. Vad som kunde ha blivit en smärtfri uppgift spårar snart ur när Jake, som precis släppts från fängelset, och hans bror hamnar i trubbel med polisen, countrymusiker och nazister. Sökandet på de övriga bandmedlemmarna tar oss igenom en vacker historia fylld med musik, Ray Charles, och fler trafikbrott än det finns stjärnor på natthimlen.
Vi kommer även att servera olika sorters pizzor till detta! Du väljer två pizzaslices för 40 kr och då ingår även popcorn. Välkommen in till nationens mysigaste event!

This Tuesday we’re screening the slightly absurd 80’s-comedy “The Blues Brothers”! Jake and Elwood Blues have to, on a mission from God himself, reunite their old R&B-band to save the catholic orphanage they grew up in. What could have been a painless task gets out of hand when Jake, who was just released from jail, and his brother get into trouble with the police, country musicians, and nazis. The pursuit of the remaining band members brings us through a beautiful journey filled with music, Ray Charles, and more traffic violations than stars in the night sky.
To this we will serve different kinds of pizza! You choose two slices for 40 kr, popcorn included. Welcome to the nation’s coziest event!
